Pyramid Sizing + Capital Stages

The deeper the dip, the bigger the buy. Pyramid sizing allocates 2× more capital to the deepest level than the shallowest maximum position exactly when prices are most attractive. Capital stages then scale buy size back as budget deploys, preventing all-in exposure in a sustained downtrend.

  • Pyramid weights: BALANCED default gives L1=22%, L2=33%, L3=44% of grid budget
  • Stage 1: 0–30% deployed → 100% size · Stage 2: 30–60% → 75% · Stage 3: 60–85% → 50%

Crash Protection
Deep-DCA Reserve + Freefall Guard

Two systems that work together to protect capital in genuine crashes. The deep-DCA reserve holds back a portion of budget for three extra buy levels placed far below the main grid. Freefall protection detects flash crashes and pauses buying until price genuinely recovers never buying into a dead-cat bounce.

  • Reserve only deploys when all main levels are filled AND RSI is below the oversold gate AND regime is TREND_DOWN or DCA triple gated
  • Stuck Deploy bypasses the RSI gate after 48–96h if RSI never gets oversold enough
  • Freefall: price drops X% in N candles → buys pause → resume only after recovery buffer

The bot runs two RSI calculations simultaneously. The 5-minute RSI detects regime shifts fast. The 1-hour RSI sizes every buy more capital when genuinely oversold, less when overbought. Five market regimes adapt strategy in real time. Compound mode reinvests profit into every subsequent buy so positions grow on house money.

Is my private key safe?
Your key is auto-encrypted on first run using AES-256-GCM and replaced with an ENC:… string. The decryption key lives in a separate .mk file, machine-locked. Your raw key never persists on disk and never leaves your computer.
Will the bot ever sell at a loss?
No. Three defense layers: (1) DEX router pre-estimate before every sell, (2) full-cost accounting including original buy gas, (3) fail-closed if the estimate fails, the sell is blocked rather than guessed. Default: never below cost + 0.30% minimum net profit.
What tokens can I trade?
Any token on PulseX DEX add the contract address to config. Popular: HEX, EHEX, PLSX, INC, PRVX, WETH, WBTC, USDC, PDAI. Each active pair requires 1 PXB slot (10,000 PXB).
What happens if the bot crashes?
State saves atomically on every change a crash at any moment leaves the state file intact. Three backup tiers: startup snapshot, hourly rolling, 7-day daily archive. On restart, on-chain balances are verified. Any mismatch pauses the pair for review rather than trading on stale data.
Do I need coding knowledge?
No. On Windows: unzip, edit two text files, double-click to run. macOS and Linux use a single shell script. The config has full inline comments with math examples on every setting.
What is RISK_PROFILE and which do I choose?
RISK_PROFILE sets level count, pyramid steepness, deep-DCA budget, capital stages, RSI multipliers, and compound mode all at once. CONSERVATIVE for stablecoins and bridged assets (USDC, WETH, WBTC). BALANCED for most tokens. AGGRESSIVE for volatile PulseChain-native tokens (HEX, PLSX, INC, PDAI).
Can I run multiple pairs at once?
Yes no hard cap. Slots = floor(PXB ÷ 10,000). Each pair uses ~150 MB RAM. A 2 GB VPS handles 7 pairs comfortably. Hold more PXB, unlock more slots.
What is Deep-DCA?
A reserve of 18–30% of budget (BALANCED) held back for three extra buy levels placed at −12%, −18%, and −26% below seed price. Activates only on a triple gate: all main levels filled + downtrend regime + RSI below oversold threshold. Insurance for genuine crashes, not normal dips.
